These terms govern use of the PPM Property Management Services Ltd (Company No. 17322264, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) website. They do not replace the separate Landlord Management Agreement or tenancy agreement you sign when instructing our services, which take precedence for the services themselves.
PPM provides online property management services to landlords, including Let Only, Rent Collection, and Full Management, as described on our pricing page. Fees are published in full in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where PPM holds rent or deposit funds on behalf of a landlord or tenant, these are handled in line with our client money procedures, and all tenant deposits are registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us directly at info@ppmpropertymanagement.co.uk in the first instance. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the Property Redress Scheme (PRS), of which PPM is a member.
